Last Geeks Who Drink ’til Labor Day!

Lauren’s Sunflower Dressing
If you’ve had our in.house chickpea salad recently, you’re familiar with this delicious dressing. It’s perfect for salads of all kinds. Developed right here by our beloved Food Prep Ninja, Lauren.
YEILDS 6 CUPS
3 C Sunflower Seeds
3/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 C Nutritional Yeast
2 Tbsp of your favorite hot sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 C Olive Oil
Combine first 5 in.gredients in a blender, blend until uniform.
Slowly add Olive Oil while blender is running until you reach a creamy consistency.
Put in an empty container and refrigerate.
