Brrrrrrrrr….. baby, it’s cold outside! We’ve plunged into the frosty two months (days?) of the year that always seem to take us by surprise in Texas. We dig through the depths of our closets to unearth the gloves and scarves that offer our usual flip flops and tank tops a well earned vacation. We gather around a fire with family and friends, imagining the possibility of snow. And we come together around the table to share in the nourishing bounty of the winter growing season, which continues to offer us hearty greens, bright citrus, and plump root vegetables in every color of the rainbow.
After all the butter and cream that goes into a Thanksgiving feast, you might be craving something on the lighter side to accompany your coffee, tea, or cocoa. Why not try an alternative milk like our delicious new MALK Artesian Almond Milk or Organic Valley’s Soy Creamer? And don’t worry, for those of you who couldn’t get enough of the true dairy, we also have Mill-KingCaCow Chocolate Milk and Organic Valley Egg Nog on sale. ‘Tis the season!
Austin’s Weird, Wandering Bookmobile is coming to in.gredients! Offering (inter)stellar customer service and a stunning selection of sci-fi, fantasy, and fringe books/gifts every Thursday, and Friday from 3-9pm.

First Friday Block Party: December 5th 5-9pm
It’s that time again for us to spend some quality time with our friends and neighbors. Join us for an evening of samples, music, drinks and charity. We’ll have Circle Brewing Co talking about their delicious brews, Zhi Tea sampling out their amazing local teas, chair massages by Devon of One Love Healing Center and live music on the porch by Quinn Walton. To finish it all off the Cherrywood Holiday Pop-up Art Fair will be taking place throughout the event so you can get some holiday shopping done from the neighborhood’s many talented artists. As for every First Friday Block Party, 1% of all sales will benefit our community partner the Literacy Coalition of Central Texas. On top of that, save 10% on our local Texas produce and feel great about shopping local.
