With such an abundance of local produce coming in from area farms, we felt compelled to write a blog post about the particular joys of eating locally and seasonally this time of year. We included a few go-to recipes and tips, too. Plus, we’re featuring the “Fermentation Creation” in our Weekly Specials, since this is a great time to get into home fermenting (the heat really speeds up the process!). Take one home for yourself or gift the nifty kit to that aspiring DIY fermenter in your life.
