Andrew Laskey won GOOD’s food pyramid redesign contest with this handy chart. Kudos, Andrew. We love how straight-forward it is.
Obviously, at in.gredients a part of our goal is to give our customers easy access to a *variety* organic food created with care by nearby vendors and farms. We also want to promote responsible serving sizes by eliminating pre-packaged products, which don’t give customers the opportunity to control portion size. Not only does this equal less waste – it gives you the power when it comes to what you consume.
