Organic 2% Reduced Fat Milk: Our Southwest Pastures™ milk contains all the wholesome goodness you expect from Organic Valley. It comes from the pastured cows of our cooperative’s family farms in the Southwest. Many people appreciate the local flavor of our traditionally pasteurized regional milks, along with the knowledge that they’re supporting family farms close to home that care for the animals and land.
Organic Whole Milk: Our Southwest Pastures™ milk contains all the wholesome goodness you expect from Organic Valley. It comes from the pastured cows of our cooperative’s family farms in the Southwest. Our regional milk is traditionally pasteurized by heating to 161° for 15.5 seconds.
Organic Ultra-Pasteurized Half & Half: The genuine goodness of Organic Valley’s Half & Half makes it an excellent addition to recipes or beverages for an extra-rich flavor and texture. It has only two ingredients—certified organic milk and cream—both from the pastured cows on the family farms of our co-op. A favorite for coffee and hot chocolate!
Organic Full Fat Sour Cream: Being rich is nothing new when it comes to our sour cream; but we measure wealth differently. Organic Valley Sour Cream is a blend of pasteurized, homogenized organic cream and organic skim milk from pasture-raised cows. The blend is “cultured” to achieve the signature tangy flavor, and active acidophilus and bifidus probiotics are added. Vegetarian microbial enzymes (such as the enzymes used to create many Organic Valley cheeses) are introduced to enhance the body of the cream and provide velvety texture. Our nationally acclaimed organic sour cream is free of preservatives and gums, and is certified kosher. All you get is pure flavor.
Organic Low Fat Sour Cream: All of the delicious, tangy flavor of our regular organic Sour Cream with less fat! Organic Valley’s lowfat sour cream begins life as the finest organic milk available from our family farmers. We use acidophilus and bifidus cultures to aid in lactose digestion, and GMO-free corn starch. Our nationally acclaimed organic sour cream is free of preservatives and gums, and is certified kosher. All you get is pure flavor!
