About Fara Coffee
Fara Coffee produces and exports shade-grown, hand-picked gourmet coffee. We have been growing 100% SHG Arabica coffee beans on our family-owned farms in the mountainous rainforest of Matagalpa, Nicaragua for five generations.
Our coffee is exported from Nicaragua to Austin, Texas where we roast each batch with special attention. In order to achieve top quality and consistency, the coffee beans are carefully processed to preserve their full body, bright acidity, and exceptional aroma.
We proudly oversee each step of production, from planting to roasting and packaging. Fara Coffee’s priority is to ensure our customers will taste quality and care in every cup.

Breakfast Blend: Mild and flavorful, with this light-bodied blend we mix in the very smooth Colombian Coffee which produces a bright first impression and is a wonderful cup to begin your day.
Decaf: Features a more expensive process in which coffee beans are mixed with water to draw out the caffeine. Later, the decaffeinated water is reintroduced to the beans to restore any flavor that may have been lost in the process. Direct from our farms and organically grown.
Signature Roast: For those connoisseurs who desire a truly exquisite coffee experience, we blend the extra boldness of rare Sumatra with our Special Blend that produces an extraordinary cup that is our richest coffee.
